#1: Affordable
Beyond this I have a full time job. I do all of my work after hours. This saves you money because I am not relying on this to feed my family. If you can get your computer to me you will receive a discount (see pricing).

#2: After-hours, in-home work
Many of us are very busy. We don't have the luxury of being home between 9am and 5pm so that a technician can come in and work on our computers. As stated above, I have a full time job so any in-house work I do would be between 6pm - 10pm Monday thru Friday and 10am-10pm Saturdays. I do not work on Sunday.

#3: On-site Training!
I've found that many people enjoy learning more about their computers WHILE I am fixing them. This helps in 2 ways. First, by explaining what I'm doing you can learn a little more about your own computer. This leads to the second benefit of on-site training: this saves you money! The more you learn, the more productive you are and the more you are able to do yourself. Many times this is even more valuable then the actual service itself!
